Hey! I’m Derek, founder of Plenty and hailing from Camp Hill, PA!

Before creating this amazing program with my wife, Vanessa, I was a P.E. teacher and a soccer coach for six years. And now, together, we’re here to help you on your full human transformation journey.

I started coaching because I saw how broken the weight loss industry was pushing extremes—quick fixes, restrictive diets, and unsustainable plans. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I started Plenty with my husband, Derek: to give people the tools, support, and science-backed strategies to build a healthier life without sacrificing what they love.

Our approach is always personal. No two bodies are the same, so neither should their transformation plans be. Whether it’s helping a new mom regain strength, guiding someone through a mindset reset, or preparing a client for a big event, I love working with each individual, focusing on what’s realistic, sustainable, and going to make them feel amazing both now and in the long run.

I think of myself as so much more than a coach for our community: I’m a partner in your transformation and someone who really gets what you’re going through. I’ll celebrate your wins, support you on tough days, and help you keep moving forward. My passion for holistic health means you don’t just see results, you feel them in every part of your life.

As a transformation coach with a background in exercise science, nutrition, and psychology, I’ve spent years helping people break free from yo-yo dieting, punishing workouts, and unsustainable routines that do more damage than good. Instead, I start from the outside in. helping them build strength, confidence, and a better relationship with their bodies.

My passion for coaching started with my own journey. After struggling with injury and burnout from traditional fitness programs, I realized most approaches were designed for short-term results, not lasting well-being. That realization led me to co-found Plenty, where I could help people find a smarter, more sustainable way to transform their health—one that’s based on science, personalization, and support.

What really sets my approach apart is the focus on mindset. The biggest barriers to success aren’t just physical—they’re mental and emotional. That’s why I work with my clients to rebuild confidence, shift habits, and develop the skills to maintain progress long-term.
